Nexum Research is a company providing research expertise in a variety of areas including combustion, safety testing, and non-destructive testing. In addition, we sell advanced instrumentation, which we have developed, such as our spray diagnostic equipment, pulsed eddy current system and eddy current probes. Typically these are customized to meet our customers’ specialized needs.
Nexum Research Corporation began operations in 1980 as Thermotech Engineering, a commercial contract laboratory performing engine research and testing. After eleven years of steadily growing research in engines and automotive fuels for commercial and governmental clients, it was incorporated as Nexum Research Corporation. The new name reflected the expansion into a broader range of research, including initiatives in the areas of spray diagnostics, advanced materials technology, safety testing and non-destructive testing.
